Este álbum é uma versão aprimorada daquele BBC Sessions que foi lançado em 1997. Além de uma remasterização ele inclui oito faixas em versões inéditas no CD 3, sendo que as três últimas faixas foram gravadas para o show Rhythm & Blues Session de Alexis Korner e eram consideradas perdidas — Sunshine Woman é inédita. É interessante comparar as versões de Communication Breakdown, por exemplo, de 69 e 71, pra sacar como a banda evoluiu em pouco menos de dois anos.
