Essa banda nada mais é do que o Procol Harum se divertindo nos estúdios Abbey Road.
Depois do A Salty Dog, o tecladista Matthew Fisher e o baixista Dave Knights deixaram a banda. Para o seu lugar foi convidado o Chris Copping, que já tinha tocado baixo quando a banda se chamava The Paramounts, e agora ia acumular o órgão. Nessas sessões eles tiveram o intuito de se entrosar e acertar o som, tocando basicamente o que tocavam no Paramounts: Rock & Roll.
