É mais hard-rock com riffs intensos e criativos e ele volta a trabalhar com o produtor e engenheiro Geoff Emerick dos estúdios Abbey Road, célebre pelos álbuns clássicos dos Beatles mas que também trabalhou com a Climax Blues Band e nos álbuns Bridge of Sighs e Long Misty Days do Robin.
